Образец текста The Franchisor shall, where required, run training courses in the pilot stores, or in any other store, for staff members of new franchised stores who wish to undergo additional training.
The Franchisor shall offer advice and assistance to the Franchisee on promotional activities, administrative organisation, legal, marketing and communication matters, and on financing and product policy.
Some of these services may incur a specific fee.
In addition, the franchisees are routinely visited by:
- representatives appointed to assist and advise them in their dealings with local and regional ophthalmologists near the franchised stores, to listen to them, help them in implementing the sales policy and concept, report information back to the head office and support them.
- a national network head, who is there to listen and respond to any commercial issues they encounter.
