A summer internship at Clinica Fiore has taught me valuable skills of communication with various clients over the phone and in person. I was also in charge of organising the schedule for appointments and keeping track of records about patients of the clinic. Throughout the summer I have reorganised all the charts with patients’ information.
PRODUCT MANAGER/SALES MANAGER, MERLION, MOSCOW, RUSSIA – 2015
Working for Merlion has been a very pleasant experience. I was given a range of responsibilities. I have worked there as a product and sales manager communicating with clients on a day to day basis and reorganising stock on a local b2b platform. I have learned to work in a team along many other managers and acquired an understanding of how a large IT corporation works from the inside.
MARKETING MANAGER, MERLION, MOSCOW, RUSSIA – 2016
During my internship in Merlion I was in charge of development and launch of new
consumer electronic products. For instance production of the first smartphone under Merlion’s own brand and a new model of tablet. I was also responsible for marketing programs with vendors such as Intel, Microsoft, HP and TCL. This internship has given me an engaging insight into how an entire corporation runs and I was able to acquire hands-on experience in terms of marketing of diverse products starting from selection of its features to promoting it after the “golden sample” was received.
TRAINEE ANALYST, BURAN VC, MOSCOW, RUSSIA – 2017
I have spent a summer working for Buran Venture Caital group where I was in charge
over selection of possible investment portfolio companies during Seed and Round A stages of investment. Working alongside with experienced analysts taught me a great deal about due diligence and its importance. However, I did realise by the time I was through with Buran that investment industry is a bit outside of my scope of expertise and interest.
BUSINESS CONSULTANT, REAL TIME, READING, UK – 2018
Working with Real Time has greatly contributed to my experience in a business consultancy field. As part of a small team of postgraduate students I was able to connect Real Time charity with corporate clients for their participatory video production as well as guide them through their new social media strategy of increasing brand recognition that I have suggested.
