If YouDo learns that it has received any personal information from a child who is not 13 years old or older, YouDo will take steps to terminate the child's account and prevent the further use of and access to such personal information. When you register for YouDo, either through your Facebook account or our own registration procedure, you provide us with personal information, such as your email address, first and last name, birth day, location and profile picture. In addition to this information, any information set to “Everyone” in your Facebook privacy settings is publicly available information and is received by YouDo when you register using your Facebook account. This information may include, but may not be limited to, your gender, hometown, friends, family, relationships, networks, activities, interests, places, political views and religious views.

In addition to registration information, we may receive other information that you provide to us, such as location, address, gender, hobbies and interests, email address, contact information, and information that we receive through your use of YouDo, such as tasks you author, tasks you provide, tasks or contests you win, or comments or content you provide.
The purpose of YouDo is for its users to match users who wish to provide tasks with users who wish to receive them. You realize that your use of YouDo may result in the sharing of information that is instantly known to anyone.
Content, like photos, that you share with us when you register or use YouDo may have metadata (data that may not be obvious to you but consists of information about your content). If you do not want us to store metadata, please remove the metadata before uploading the content.
Your profile on YouDo features a minimal amount of information. If you wish your location to be private, leave the location field blank. YouDo privacy settings, however, are not a guarantee or promise by us that your personal information will not be disclosed or that the security of personal information we receive through your use of YouDo will not be compromised.
YouDo uses “cookies” (a cookie is a string of information that is sent by a web site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computer or other device’s memory) to make the Services easier to use, to allow you to take advantage of YouDo's special features and to make YouDo's advertising relevant. Cookies can be removed or blocked using your browser’s settings, but this may impact your use of YouDo.

During the course of either fulfilling or receiving the services of a task, either through use of the Services or through the performance of a task offline, users of YouDo may receive or became aware of private information of other YouDo users. You may opt out of receiving these types of emails by going to your account settings page and unsubscribe from YouDo emails.
We will not share your personal information outside of YouDo unless you have consented to having your personal information shared with a company that is not affiliated with us. If we do share your personal information with another company not affiliated with us, that information is subject to that company’s privacy policies. In the event that YouDo is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
